Customer Service Agreement
By purchasing a product, program, or service from Kelsey Kazarian Coaching, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

2. Payment and Financial Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment information at the time of purchase. You warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and have sufficient funds available.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time.
You are financially responsible for all purchases made by you or through your authorized account access.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final.
No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the program, change of circumstances, or financial hardship.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, recordings, documents, and resources provided through Kelsey Kazarian Coaching are the exclusive property of Kelsey Kazarian. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any materials without express written permission.
5. Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
You agree that you are voluntarily purchasing and participating at your own risk.
You accept full personal responsibility for any results, decisions, or outcomes that arise from your participation.
No guarantees of any specific results — financial, personal, relational, or otherwise — are made.

Nothing provided constitutes legal, medical, mental health, or financial advice.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kelsey Kazarian Coaching disclaims any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of any program, product, or service.
In no event shall Kelsey's total liability to you exceed the total amount you paid for the applicable product, program, or service.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kelsey Kazarian Coaching and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the services or your violation of these terms.
9. Termination of Access
Kelsey Kazarian Coaching reserves the right to terminate your access to any program, product, or service at any time, for any reason, without refund, if you violate these terms or engage in disruptive or harmful behavior.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nevada County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
The sole remedy for any claim shall be a refund of the amount paid. No consequential or additional damages may be awarded.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
