Morning Ritual:

You will do this ritual each morning M-F of the immersion.

You will need a liquid-based oil. Think body oil like jojoba, grapeseed, or even olive oil. If you don’t have any, or would prefer, you can also use water.

Daily Ritual:

•   This ritual will be done in the morning. If you have an energy work/meditation practice, this ritual  is best done afterward
•   Ground by taking a few deep breaths & allowing yourself to fully arrive. Bring your presence into your heart.
•   Place 3-5 drops of oil in the CENTER point of your LEFT hand
•  Activate the oil by drawing an infinity sign in the oil 3x RING FINGER of your RIGHT HAND.
•  You will anoint your high heart energy center, then say with a decree. 
•   Take a deep breath, and anoint your High Heart. Use the RING FINGER of your RIGHT HAND and rub the oil in an infinity sign onto your High Heart, & say the following decree:

•   Here and now I open myself fully to be a transmission of Love, in the name of love. I call and command a complete clearing of my heart. I shatter all illusions that have created closure within my heart. I break free of any and all distortions that have kept me from a true understanding of Love, and true service to love. I call myself forward, to rise fully to serve Love. I open myself to magnetize Holy Love into my field. Allow me to be a vessel to be filled with Love. Allow my service of Love to be in the highest good of all beings. 

•   When you are done, rub your hands together and brush over your aura and/or physical body head to toe. 
•   Your anointing ritual is now complete.
