MORNING RITUAL:
The morning ritual for Expand is guided energy work.
Energy work is my 'secret key' to the expansion process, and we will talk more about why on our first call.
This practice includes fundamental energy work (grounding & clearing), as well as dilating the central column and descending into the heart/womb (awakening your feminine magnetism).
The practice is about 20 min.
After you finish the practice, please read your decree aloud.
